Penney Fence has policies in place for both fence purchases and fence installation. It is our sincere desire to ensure our customers are happy with their fence for years to come. We are fully insured and a copy of our certificate of insurance is available for review. It's important to note that if you hire an uninsured contractor or his/her employee who becomes injured on your property, you may be financially responsible.
Our contracts are simple to understand and provide a clear way of cancellation, should that be necessary. We do not charge extra above your contracted price for cementing vinyl fences because cementing is the manufacturers standard for installation. If an additional charge above your contracted amount for drilling due to ledge is needed, you can rest assured this will be disclosed beforehand, and that the charge will be legitimate.
